The ‘Third Eye’ Chakra (forehead)

Instinctually the ‘Third Eye’ Chakra is the Chakra of insight. The thinking quality governing this Chakra can be termed self-integration. How completely we know ourselves depends on our willingness to perceive. To accurately evaluate ourselves, we must observe our physical world not only visually, but using all our senses. Spiritual perception transcends the limitations of time and space.

The ‘Third Eye’ Chakra is directly linked to our intuition, wisdom and vision; It is also linked to our ability to attain an understanding within the issues we face through our lives. In some cultures the third eye is also a link to the logical workings of our brain.

With the attunement of Direct Reiki, The Direct symbol is attuned directly into the third eye of the recipient. The properties of this symbol give a greater increase in understanding, wisdom and vision.

Since I have been using the Direct symbol, I have noticed a slight pressure between my eyes along with a tingling in the centre of my forehead as I use this symbol directly.
