The Pyramid of Light

This technique is used for working with Reiki in specific ways.

It was through one of my students, Victoria Adair, which I learned of this technique and it was incorporated for use with Direct Reiki.

Usui’s Healing system originally did not use any symbols. He connected to the source and channeled the energy by intent alone.

He later added the symbols to aid students who found it difficult to connect with the different aspects of the divine energy.

The technique is simple to use:

Imagine a pyramid in your mind and see the pyramid filling up from the bottom with energy until it is full. At the top of the pyramid a concentrated beam of energy is sent to where ever your intent guides it.

Certain mantras are still involved. The colour of the energy corresponds to the colours of the Usui Reiki level 2 symbols.

(note some styles of Reiki do not use colour for the symbols but the colour vibration is an important mantra that guides you to connect.)
